Modest and nice place, I thoroughly enjoyed pleasant personnel.

The room was airy and had private bathroom plus coffee/tea making equipment, a fridge, and kitchenware. The place had a QUIET atmosphere. It was a stunning and amazing location close to beach, bus and supermarket as well as the center.

The beds were exceptionally comfortable and each good sized and airy room had a safe, multi-channel television, and a refrigerator. The bathroom had a bath, which was great

In our room, we had a safe to keep our stuff secure, a nice big bed for a good night's sleep, and a fridge to keep our drinks and snacks cool. the flat-screen TV had many channels to choose from, perfect for relaxing after a long day 📺. the bathtub was in great working condition, making it easy to freshen up.

The staff were mind-blowingly friendly, always ready to help with any questions. The daily supply of fresh fruits and vegetables was a jaw-dropping bonus. The small terrace outside the room was super nice and perfect for relaxing. The room had everything you could possibly need, including a fridge, kitchen, and even an electric kettle. The cleaning service was top-notch. The location, just a 7-minute walk to the beach, was a great plus. Dedicated parking for guests was a great convenience. And to top it off, the gift received at the end of the stay was a fantastic surprise! I would definitely choose this place again if I visit Crete in the future.

The staff was incredibly friendly and always willing to help with any questions we had. the daily supply of fresh fruits and vegetables was a lovely touch, and we enjoyed being able to freely take and eat them. the room was well-equipped with everything we needed, including a kitchen, fridge, and coffee maker. We also appreciated the small terrace outside our room and the beautiful rooftop terrace with its stunning sea view. the location was great, just a short 7-minute walk to the beach, and there was dedicated parking. it was a fantastic experience and we would definitely choose Ilona Apartments again if we visit Crete in the future. I recently had the pleasure of staying at a lovely apartment near the seaside. The location was perfect, with easy access to both Chania old town and a beautiful beach. The apartment itself was cozy and well-equipped, with comfortable beds and a tidy bathroom. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, offering great tips for local attractions. The only drawback was the lack of a greeting upon arrival, which made check-in a bit confusing. it was a wonderful stay with lots of positive experiences.

ilona apartments chania was a delightful stay with clean rooms, helpful staff, and a convenient location near the beach and bus station. the owner went above and beyond, providing free fruits and calling taxis when needed. we appreciated the comfortable bed, sea view balcony, and the rooftop terrace with sunbeds. it was definitely worth the money.
